Ingredients for - Copycat Bang Bang Shrimp

1. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
2. Thai-style sweet chili sauce - ¼ cup
3. Sriracha hot chile sauce, or to taste - 3 dashes
4. Cornstarch, or as needed - ½ cup
5. Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
6. Oil for frying - 1 pound
7. Lettuce leaves - 8
8. Green onion, chopped, or to taste - 1 bunch

1. Stage

Place cornstarch in a shallow bowl. Gently press shrimps into cornstarch to coat; shake off any excess. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
