3. Sriracha hot chile sauce, or to taste 3 dashes
4. Cornstarch, or as needed ½ cup
5. Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 pound
6. Oil for frying 1 pound
7. Lettuce leaves 8

1 . Stage
