3. Tuna packed in water, drained 1 (5 ounce) can
4. Grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
5. Mayonnaise ¼ cup
6. Egg, beaten 2
7. Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
8. Salt-free seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®) 2 teaspoons
9. Paprika 1 teaspoon
10. Dried sweet basil 1 teaspoon
11. Pork rinds, crushed 1 (3.5 ounce) bag
12. Butter-flavored cooking spray 1 (3.5 ounce) bag

1 . Stage

Mix mackerel, onion, tuna, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, Dijon mustard, seasoning blend, paprika, and basil together in a bowl. Add pork rind crumbs, 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time, until mixture holds together. Form mixture into balls and flatten into 1/2-inch-thick cakes.
