1. Nonstick cooking spray -
2. Fresh pollock - 6 (4 ounce) fillets
3. Chopped fresh herbs, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
5. Sour cream - ⅓ cup
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
7. Melted butter - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Baked Pollock

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.

Season pollock with herbs, salt, and pepper; place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Mix sour cream, Parmesan, and melted butter together in a small bowl; spread over each fillet.

Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 25 minutes.
