1. Bread crumbs ¼ cup
2. Salted butter, melted ¼ cup
3. Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
4. Lemon 1 medium
5. Salmon fillets 3 (4 ounce)
6. Olive oil 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Lemon-Butter Salmon

1 . Stage

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; stir until well blended.

3 . Stage

Cut lemon in half. Squeeze one half into the butter mixture. Cut the other half into 3 slices and set aside.

4 . Stage

Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil and fold up the sides. Brush olive oil onto fillets, then pour butter mixture over top and place a slice of lemon on each one.

Broil on the top rack in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
