Ingredients for - Caesar Vinaigrette

1. White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
2. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
3. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
4. Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
5. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
6. Italian seasoning - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Olive oil - ⅔ cup
10. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
11. Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Caesar Vinaigrette

1. Stage

Stir white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.

Gradually whisk in olive oil to make an emulsion or thickened vinaigrette mixture. Stir in garlic. Add Parmesan cheese just before serving.
