4. Roma tomatoes, diced 2

7. Capers, or to taste (Optional) 2 tablespoons
8. Balsamic Vinegar 1 cup
9. Olive oil ⅓ cup
10. White sugar ¼ cup
11. Dried parsley 2 tablespoons
12. Dried basil 2 teaspoons
13. Garlic, pressed 2 cloves
14. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
15. Salt 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 10 to 11 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
