Defrost and clean the fish. Put them in a saucepan with water and put on the fire. Bring to a boil. Remove the foam and cook until tender over medium heat, no more than 15 minutes.

The fish is ready. We strain the broth. Put it on the fire. Peel and chop onions, carrots, potatoes and throw them in the broth. Don't forget to salt and add some sugar. I added some parsley.

Pour 2 tablespoons of couscous into a bowl and pour a small amount of broth. The couscous is ready in a few minutes. You can skip this step if you do not like couscous. You can also add couscous directly to a bowl of soup, but then you will have to wait a couple of minutes and the soup in the bowl will be hot.

Our soup is ready!!! We pour it on the plates. We take apart the cooled fish and put it in plates at once. Sprinkle with greens, I like this soup with leeks. Call your family and enjoy a delicious and healthy dish!!!
