2. Toasted wheat germ ¼ cup
3. Baking powder 2 tablespoons
4. Salt ½ teaspoon
5. Butter, melted ⅓ cup
6. Evaporated milk, heated ¼ cup
7. Mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup
8. Milk 2 tablespoons
9. Ground nutmeg 1 pinch

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

Into a large bowl, sift together the flour, wheat germ, baking powder, and salt. Mix in butter, evaporated milk, sweet potatoes, milk, and nutmeg, stirring by hand until dough is smooth.
