1. Water - 2 cups
2. Uncooked white rice - 1 cup
3. Leftover roast pork, cubed - 1 ½ pounds
4. Condensed cream of celery soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
5. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
6. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
7. Curry powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Frozen broccoli, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Pork, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place water and rice in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once water is boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.

Mix together cubed pork, cooked rice, and broccoli in a large bowl. Stir in cream of celery soup and mayonnaise, then season with pepper and curry powder. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish; cover with aluminum foil.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until evenly heated through, 45 to 50 minutes. Remove aluminum foil for the last 5 minutes in the oven.
