1. Shredded cooked chicken meat - 2 ½ cups
2. Julienned carrots - ½ cup
3. Julienned red bell pepper - ¼ cup
4. Julienned jicama - ¼ cup
5. Julienned red onion - ¼ cup
6. Whole kernel corn, drained - 2 (11 ounce) cans
7. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
8. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped - 3
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
10. Sour cream - ½ cup
11. Mayonnaise - ⅔ cup
12. Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
13. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
14. Salt - ½ teaspoon
15. Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
16. Taco seasoning - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
17. Hot pepper sauce - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Kiki's Mexican Chicken Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, gently mix the chicken, carrots, red bell pepper, jicama, red onion, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocados, and cilantro.

In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cumin, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, and hot pepper sauce. Pour over the salad, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
