Ingredients for - Garlic Parmesan Orange Roughy

1. Orange roughy - 4 (4 ounce) fillets
2. Lemon - ½
3. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
4. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
5. Prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend - ¼ cup
6. Garlic, pressed - 1 large clove
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Paprika, or to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Parmesan Orange Roughy

1. Stage

Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

2. Stage

Place fillets on the broiler pan and squeeze lemon over fillets.

3. Stage

Broil in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes.

4. Stage

Combine Parmesan, butter, Dijionnaise, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Spread Parmesan mixture on top of fillets. Sprinkle with paprika.

5. Stage

Broil until topping is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 minutes.
