2. Fresh spinach - 1 cup
3. Chopped kale - 1 cup
4. Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced - 1 cup
5. Cooked chicken breast, sliced - 1
6. Sliced almonds - ½ cup
7. Crumbled feta cheese - ¼ cup
8. Fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered - 1 cup
9. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
10. Balsamic Vinegar - ¼ cup
11. Olive oil - ¼ cup
12. Honey - 1 tablespoon
13. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
14. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
15. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 clove

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry-Feta Chicken Salad with Roasted Strawberry-Balsamic Dressing

1. Stage

Toss romaine, spinach, and kale together in a medium mixing bowl. Distribute sliced strawberries evenly on top of the greens. Arrange chicken over salad. Garnish with almond slices and feta cheese.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange quartered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar.
