2. Hot chili powder - 2 tablespoons
3. Fresh lemon juice - 1 cup
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Chopped fresh ginger - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Bone-in chicken breast halves - 4

In a large bowl, stir together the paprika, chili powder, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and salt. Rub chicken with the mixture, place in a dish, and marinate for 3 hours.
