3. Buttermilk ⅓ cup
4. Crumbled blue cheese ⅓ cup
5. Red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons
6. Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
7. Celery seed ½ teaspoon
8. Salt ½ teaspoon
9. Boneless skinless chicken thighs 3 pounds
10. Buffalo wing sauce, divided 1 cup

Combine celery, carrots, buttermilk, blue cheese, vinegar, Worcestershire, celery seed, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
