Ingredients for - Easy Baked Tilapia

1. Tilapia - 4 (4 ounce) fillets
2. Butter - 2 teaspoons
3. Garlic salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
4. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
5. Lemon, sliced - 1
6. Frozen cauliflower with broccoli and red pepper - 1 (16 ounce) package
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 (16 ounce) package
