Make notches on top of the baklava with a knife in the shape of lozenges, but do not cut through and smear the baklava with egg yolk.

Next, decorate the loaves with halves of nuts, slightly pressing them into the dough! Place in the oven (180 g) for 20 minutes.

When it browns, take it out and make shallow incisions and pour syrup into them (2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of water), then smear the rest of the honey on top. We put them in the oven and bake until they are ready for 20-30 minutes.
