Rice, too, often boiled too much and freeze So when you need to cook soup, I put the broth on the fire, thaw rice and minced meat, a few minutes and the soup is ready)))) So great. So, let's begin. In the meat broth, boil until half cooked rice, white flavorful.

Take 2 tablespoons of rice from the broth and combine with minced meat, egg, 1/3 of the greens. Salt and pepper. Make small meatballs.

We throw one meatball into the soup, after the readiness (2-3 minutes) take them out with a slotted spoon and distribute on plates.

I recommend an excellent oriental salad with cucumbers and dill in a marinade to go with the soup. However, before serving, it needs to stand in the cold for at least a couple of hours. So, we cut cucumbers into large rings (3-4 cucumbers), 1 onion into half rings, 1 bell bell pepper into strips.
