1. Fresh parsley, finely chopped - 2 bunches
2. Anchovy fillets, chopped - 1 (2 ounce) can
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Tomato paste - 1 ½ tablespoons
5. Distilled white vinegar - 4 tablespoons
6. Extra virgin olive oil - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Boniet

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, toss together the parsley, anchovies and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste, vinegar and olive oil. Serve at room temperature.
