1. Fresh parsley, finely chopped 2 bunches
2. Anchovy fillets, chopped 1 (2 ounce) can
3. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
4. Tomato paste 1 ½ tablespoons
5. Distilled white vinegar 4 tablespoons
6. Extra virgin olive oil ½ cup

1 . Stage

In a medium bowl, toss together the parsley, anchovies and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste, vinegar and olive oil. Serve at room temperature.
