Ingredients for - Curried Kabocha

1. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Cubed kabocha (Japanese winter squash) - 3 cups
3. Yellow onion, sliced - 1
4. Coconut milk - ½ (14 ounce) can
5. Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
6. Grated ginger - 1 tablespoon
7. Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Brown sugar, or to taste - 1 pinch
9. Salt to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Curried Kabocha

1. Stage

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kabocha and onion; cook and stir until tender and onion is translucent, about 10 minutes. Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, ginger, and curry powder. Bring to a simmer; cook until flavors combine, about 5 minutes. Season with brown sugar and salt.
