Ingredients for - One-Pot Hamburger Stroganoff

1. Extra-lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Celery, chopped - 1 rib
4. Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
5. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10 ounce) can
6. Beef broth - 1 cup
7. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can
8. White wine - ¼ cup
9. Sour cream, or more to taste - ¼ cup
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - One-Pot Hamburger Stroganoff

1. Stage

Combine ground beef, onion, celery, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbly, about 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease, if needed.

2. Stage

Stir cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, mushrooms, and wine into the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until stroganoff begins to thicken, 20 to 25 minutes. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper; cook until hot, about 10 minutes.
