1. Refrigerated whole-wheat pizza dough 1 pound
2. Olive oil, divided, or to taste 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced, or to taste 2 cloves
4. Garlic powder, or to taste 1 teaspoon
5. Onion powder, or to taste 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
7. Shredded Italian cheese blend, or to taste 1 cup
8. Ricotta, or to taste (Optional) ¾ cup
9. Broccoli florets, or to taste 1 cup
10. Tomato, sliced 1 small
11. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - White Pizza with Broccoli

1 . Stage

Place a pizza stone on the bottom rack of your oven. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Stretch pizza dough into a round disk on a floured surface. Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil over dough. Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.

Cover dough with Italian cheese blend and dollops of ricotta. Scatter broccoli and tomato over cheese. Swirl remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over pizza.
