1. Cucumber - halved lengthwise, seeded, and cut into bite-size pieces - 1 large
2. Serrano chile pepper, seeded and minced - 1
3. Red onion, sliced thin - ½
4. Chopped fresh mint, or to taste - ¼ cup
5. Lime, juiced - 1
6. Grapeseed oil, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Chili Salad

1. Stage

Toss cucumber, serrano chile pepper, red onion, and mint together in a bowl. Pour lime juice and grapeseed oil over the cucumber mixture; toss to coat. Add sugar, salt, and black pepper; stir.
