1. Pie shell - 1 (9 inch)
2. Cottage cheese, creamed - 1 ½ cups
3. Melted butter - 4 tablespoons
4. White sugar - ½ cup
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
7. Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
8. Eggs - 2
9. Raisins - ½ cup
10. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - ½ cup
11. Milk - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Creamed Cottage Cheese Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Separate the eggs.

3. Stage

Press the cheese through a sieve 2 times. Add the butter, sugar, salt, flour, lemon zest, unbeaten egg yolks, raisins, chopped walnuts and milk. Stir well.

4. Stage

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.

5. Stage

Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until browned and firm.
