Ingredients for - Yushka with giblets

1. Offal chicken - 500 gram
2. Potatoes - 500 gram
3. Millet - 100 gram
4. Carrot - 50 gram
5. Bulb onions - 100 gram
6. Butter - 50 gram
7. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
8. Parsley (root) - 50 gram
9. Greenery - taste
10. Black pepper - taste
11. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Yushka with giblets

1. Stage

Rinse the giblets well, cut the navels in stripes, fill with water and cook until cooked.

2. Stage

Onion, parsley root and carrots cut into strips and fry in oil.

3. Stage

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the giblets. Cook until the potatoes are soft, then add the millet and fry.

4. Stage

Cook for 10-15 minutes, salt, pepper, add bay leaf and cook for another 10 minutes.
