2. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
3. Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
4. Black pepper 1 dash
5. Carrot, sliced diagonally 1 medium
6. Celery, sliced diagonally 1 stalk
7. Red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips ½
8. Green onions, sliced diagonally 2
9. Garlic, minced 1 clove
10. Broken-up uncooked ramen noodles 4 ounces
11. Cooked, shredded boneless, skinless chicken breast meat 1 cup

1 . Stage

Heat the broth, soy sauce, ginger, black pepper, carrot, celery, red pepper, green onions and garlic in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Stir the noodles and chicken in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are done.
