1. Ranch dressing 2 tablespoons
2. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay) 1 teaspoon
3. Rockfish 1 pound
4. Hard taco shells 1 (5.8 ounce) package
5. Coleslaw mix 2 cups
6. Sour cream ⅓ cup
7. Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons
8. Lime juice, or more to taste 1 tablespoon
9. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Rockfish Tacos

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix ranch dressing and seafood seasoning together. Place rockfish on a rimmed baking sheet and brush fish with ranch mixture.
