1. Ranch dressing - 2 tablespoons
2. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay) - 1 teaspoon
3. Rockfish - 1 pound
4. Hard taco shells - 1 (5.8 ounce) package
5. Coleslaw mix - 2 cups
6. Sour cream - ⅓ cup
7. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
8. Lime juice, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Rockfish Tacos

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix ranch dressing and seafood seasoning together. Place rockfish on a rimmed baking sheet and brush fish with ranch mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix coleslaw mix, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
