Tightly close the container with the milk cover. We put it in a thermos with boiling water, and leave it in a warm place for 6-10 hours. Prepared ryazhenka cool. It turns out 1 liter of delicious, homemade ryazhenka.

In the bowl of the bread machine pour first the liquid ingredients - ryazhenka, egg, vegetable oil.

Then add salt, sugar, flour and yeast. Select the program "Special bread".

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. After the beep of the oven add the cheese.

The finished bread is cooled. The bread can be kneaded by hand. To do this, whip the ryazhenka, egg and vegetable oil lightly with a whisk. Dissolve sugar and yeast. Then we add salt. Gradually add sifted flour and knead a smooth dough. Leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours. Add grated cheese to the risen dough and knead. Spread the dough in a form greased with vegetable oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour. Be guided by your oven.
