Potato zrazy with liver

1 . Stage

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, pass warm through a meat grinder.

2 . Stage

Slices of liver and fry in butter.

3 . Stage

Pass the liver through a meat grinder.

4 . Stage

Finely chop the onion, fry in butter until golden. Add the fried onions to the minced liver and mix.

5 . Stage

Add the egg to the potatoes, salt, pepper and mix well. Make small tortillas from mashed potatoes. Put minced liver on them.

6 . Stage

Cover with the same tortillas.

7 . Stage

Form zrazy, baste well and fry in vegetable oil until crispy.
