You can use any fish you like. Today I have pink salmon and catfish fillets.

Filleting the fish. Since the catfish is a very delicate fish, I did not grind it, I have it in thin strips. Salt and pepper the stuffing. Mix the sauce, oil and minced garlic. You can marinate the catfish fillets in the resulting sauce.
3. Stage
Slice the vegetables into 2 cm wide rings. Peel the inside of the peppers from the white fibers. Squeeze out the middles, leaving 3-4 rings intact.

Place vegetable rings on a silicone mat, and fill with stuffing. Here you can cheat - in large rings of peppers I put small rings of onions, and fill the stuffing in them (for example pink salmon inside the ring, catfish around).
5. Stage
Bake in a preheated to 200 gr. oven for 20 minutes. Take out, pour the sauce. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds (if using). Reduce temperature to 180. Bake for 10 minutes more. Then turn off the oven, leave for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
