1. Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
2. Ground turkey - 1 pound
3. Onion, chopped - ½ medium
4. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
5. Chicken broth - 2 cups
6. Refried beans - 1 (16 ounce) can
7. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15.5 ounce) can
8. Kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15.5 ounce) can
9. Chili powder - 2 ½ tablespoons
10. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
11. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
12. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
14. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
15. Shredded Cheddar cheese (Optional) - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Easy Turkey Chili

1. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.

2. Stage

Add onion to the pot; cook and stir until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, broth, all beans, chili powder, garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with Cheddar cheese.
