1. Stage
Cut the potatoes and parsnips into small cubes, then boil in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain and mash with milk and margarine.
2. Stage
Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Finely chop the cabbage.
3. Stage
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add onions, carrots and cabbage and fry for 5 minutes.
4. Stage
Add in mashed potatoes, form three meatballs and fry for 4 - 5 minutes on both sides. Make poached eggs and serve with meatballs.
