1. Cabbage 1 small head
2. Diced potatoes 2 cups
3. Smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Milk 1 cup
5. Eggs, beaten 2
6. Salt 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
8. Bread, cut into cubes 4 slices
9. Butter, sliced ½ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Remove and wash outer leaves from cabbage; line a 13x9-inch baking dish with the leaves to cover the bottom entirely. Shred remaining cabbage.

Mix shredded cabbage, potatoes, and smoked sausage in a bowl; spread atop the cabbage leaves in the baking dish.
