1. Russet potatoes - 2 medium
2. Cooking spray - 2 medium
3. Dry white wine - 2 tablespoons
4. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
5. Thyme - ½ teaspoon
6. Garlic granules - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Roasted French-Style Potatoes

1. Stage

Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch strips.

Fill a medium bowl with cold water and soak cut potatoes for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil.

Remove the potatoes from the water and dry well.

Combine white wine, oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Spread out potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer without touching.
