5. Lemon zest - ¼ teaspoon
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed - 4
9. Butter - 2 tablespoons
10. Neufchatel cheese - 4 ounces
11. Natural cream of chicken soup - 8 ounces
12. Frozen peas - 1 cup

1. Stage

Combine the carrot, parsley, onion, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and ground pepper in a small blender or food processor. Process until finely chopped and transfer to slow cooker. Add chicken and butter and mix. Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.
