1. Red potatoes, scrubbed and cubed 2 pounds
2. Sour cream ¾ cup
3. Mayonnaise ½ cup
4. Red onion, chopped ½ small
5. Celery, finely chopped 1 rib
6. White vinegar 3 tablespoons
7. Prepared horseradish 2 tablespoons
8. Dried parsley 1 tablespoon
9. Dried dill weed 1 teaspoon
10. White sugar 1 teaspoon
11. Salt ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
13. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped 4
14. Cooked bacon, crumbled 4 slices

How to cook deliciously - Horseradish Potato Salad

1 . Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and cool.

2 . Stage

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, vinegar, horseradish, parsley, dill, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Stir in cooled potatoes. Fold in eggs and bacon. Cover and chill until serving.
