Ingredients for - Craisin®, Almond, and Feta Chicken Salad

1. Diced cooked chicken - 3 cups
2. Celery, diced - 2 large stalks
3. Red bell pepper, seeded and diced - 1
4. Red onion, diced - ¼
5. Sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®) - ½ cup
6. Mayonnaise - 6 tablespoons
7. Sour cream - 6 tablespoons
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 6 tablespoons
9. Feta cheese, crumbled - 1 (4 ounce) package
10. Toasted sliced almonds - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Craisin®, Almond, and Feta Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Mix chicken, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and cranberries in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together in a separate bowl; pour over the chicken mixture and stir to coat. Season mixture with salt and pepper.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
