4. Evaporated milk - 6 ½ ounces
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped onion - ½ cup
10. Ketchup - 1 cup
11. Minced garlic - ¼ teaspoon
12. Brown sugar - 1 cup
13. Chopped onion - ¼ cup
14. Liquid smoke flavoring - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

In a bowl, mix beef, egg, oats, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and 1/2 cup onion. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange in a single layer in the baking dish.
