Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Northern White Bean

1. Dried great Northern beans, rinsed - 1 ½ cups
2. Large smoked neck bones - 2
3. Chicken broth - 2 (14 ounce) cans
4. Soul seasoning - ½ teaspoon
5. Onion, finely chopped - ½
6. White vinegar, or to taste (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
7. White sugar, or to taste (Optional) - 1 pinch
8. Hot sauce, or to taste (Optional) - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Northern White Bean

1. Stage

Place beans into a large container and cover with several inches of cool water; let stand for 8 hours to overnight. Drain and rinse; set aside.

2. Stage

Place neck bones in a slow cooker and pour chicken broth over bones; stir in soul seasoning.

3. Stage

Cook on High until meat falls off the bone, about 1 hour. Transfer bones and meat to a plate and shred meat from bones; discard bones.

4. Stage

Stir beans, onion, vinegar, sugar, and hot sauce into the slow cooker; spread shredded meat over bean mixture.

5. Stage

Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or High for 2 to 4 hours.
