1. Butter 3 tablespoons
2. Chopped fresh mushrooms ¼ cup
3. Chopped onion 2 tablespoons
4. Chopped celery 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped carrot 2 tablespoons
6. Chicken broth 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Salt ⅛ teaspoon
8. Cayenne pepper ⅛ teaspoon
9. Half-and-half 1 ½ cups
10. Dry white wine ½ cup
11. Cooked lump lobster meat ½ pound

1 . Stage
