1. Sweet onion, roughly chopped ½
2. Red wine ½ cup
3. Honey 3 tablespoons
4. Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic cloves, minced 4
7. Ground thyme 1 tablespoon
8. Dried rosemary 1 tablespoon
9. Ground basil 2 teaspoons
10. Salt 1 teaspoon
11. Coarse ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
12. Tapioca starch ¼ cup
13. Sirloin lamb chops, room temperature 1 ½ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Lamb Chops

1 . Stage

Combine onion and red wine in a slow cooker.

2 . Stage

Whisk honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well blended. Add tapioca starch and whisk until well combined. Let sit until mixture is thickened, at least 5 minutes.

3 . Stage

Dip lamb chops in the honey-mustard mixture and massage until fully coated.

4 . Stage

Place chops in a single layer over the red wine and onion mixture in the slow cooker. Pour remaining honey-mustard mixture on top.

5 . Stage

Cover slow cooker and cook on Low for 4 1/2 hours.
