Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Lamb Chops

1. Sweet onion, roughly chopped - ½
2. Red wine - ½ cup
3. Honey - 3 tablespoons
4. Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic cloves, minced - 4
7. Ground thyme - 1 tablespoon
8. Dried rosemary - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground basil - 2 teaspoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Coarse ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
12. Tapioca starch - ¼ cup
13. Sirloin lamb chops, room temperature - 1 ½ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Lamb Chops

1. Stage

Combine onion and red wine in a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Whisk honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well blended. Add tapioca starch and whisk until well combined. Let sit until mixture is thickened, at least 5 minutes.

Dip lamb chops in the honey-mustard mixture and massage until fully coated.

4. Stage

Place chops in a single layer over the red wine and onion mixture in the slow cooker. Pour remaining honey-mustard mixture on top.

Cover slow cooker and cook on Low for 4 1/2 hours.
