2. Canned jalapeno pepper slices, juice reserved - ⅓ cup
3. Tahini - 3 tablespoons
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
7. Curry powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Crushed red pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
