Ingredients for - Marinated Mushrooms

1. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
2. Red wine vinegar - ⅓ cup
3. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
4. Dried parsley - 2 tablespoons
5. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic, peeled and crushed - 2 cloves
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
9. Small fresh button mushrooms - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Marinated Mushrooms

1. Stage

Combine onion, vinegar, olive oil, parsley, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and dry mustard in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in mushrooms, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
