4. Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
5. Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
6. Garlic, minced - ½ teaspoon
7. Smoked salmon, chopped - 12 ounces
8. Cooked brown rice - 2 cups
9. Diced mango - ¼ cup
10. Diced cucumber - ¼ cup
11. Diced avocado - ¼ cup
12. Sliced fresh strawberries - ¼ cup
13. Black sesame seeds, or to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl

1. Stage

Combine soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Add salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
