How to cook deliciously - Carrot-top
1. Stage
Take 0.5 cup of warm water (I took milk - there was plenty of it at home and I decided that milk won't spoil the dough!), dissolve the yeast in it.

Peel, chop, and puree carrots in a blender.

Finely chop.

Lay out the carrots.

Add the eggs.

Add flour - 1 cup. Mix everything and place in a warm place to rise. Be sure to sift the flour beforehand.

Remove the zest of one lemon.

Soften the butter (I softened it in the microwave).

Add the zest to the batter.
10. Stage
Butter, vanillin all stirred up.
11. Stage
Pour in the remaining flour.
12. Stage
Knead and set aside for secondary rise.
13. Stage
The risen dough put into a greased mold.
14. Stage
Cover (I have a lid fits, you can just put a towel), let stand for another 10 minutes.
15. Stage
Bake in a 180g oven for about 1 hour.
