2. Peeled and diced potatoes - 4 cups
3. Diced turkey ham - 2 ½ cups
4. Onion, diced - 1 large
5. Butter beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (10 ounce) can
6. Carrots, chopped - 3
7. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
8. Frozen corn kernels - 1 cup
9. Cream-style corn - 1 (8 ounce) can
10. Dill - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Evaporated milk - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Heart-Healthy Potato Ham Soup

1. Stage

Heat water in a 6-quart pot over high heat; add potatoes, turkey ham, onion, beans, carrots, celery, frozen corn, cream-style corn, dill, salt, and black pepper. Bring water to a boil, lower heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and soup is reduced, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

2. Stage

Remove pot from heat and stir in milk until incorporated and soup is creamy.
