1. Mixed salad greens 4 cups
2. Artichoke hearts in water, drained 1 (14 ounce) can
3. Red onion, sliced ½
4. Vegetable oil ½ cup
5. Red wine vinegar ½ cup
6. Seasoned salt 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan cheese 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Salad with Artichokes

1 . Stage

Combine mixed greens, artichoke hearts, and onion in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Whisk oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper together in a separate bowl. Pour desired amount of dressing over the salad, and toss to coat.
