Ingredients for - Salad with Artichokes

1. Mixed salad greens - 4 cups
2. Artichoke hearts in water, drained - 1 (14 ounce) can
3. Red onion, sliced - ½
4. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
5. Red wine vinegar - ½ cup
6. Seasoned salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Salad with Artichokes

1. Stage

Combine mixed greens, artichoke hearts, and onion in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Whisk oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper together in a separate bowl. Pour desired amount of dressing over the salad, and toss to coat.
