Potato and mushroom casserole

Next, a layer of mushrooms - salt, pepper, pour oil and pour a mixture of breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley.

I made in two molds: a large 26 cm in diameter and a small 14x14 cm.

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for one hour.
