3. Unsweetened cocoa powder - ½ cup
4. Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Milk - 3 cups
7. Butter - 1 tablespoon
8. Vanilla extract - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Pie crust, baked - 1 (9 inch)
10. Frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Cream Pie

1. Stage

Beat sugar and eggs together in a large bowl until creamy; mix in cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt until well blended. Gently stir in milk.

2. Stage

Pour mixture into a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool slightly.
