Ingredients for - Tofu Lasagna

1. Uncooked lasagna noodles ½ (12 ounce) package
2. Firm tofu, crumbled 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Eggs 2
4. Salt ¼ teaspoon
5. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
7. Milk 2 tablespoons
8. Spaghetti sauce 1 cup
9. Dried parsley 1 tablespoon
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 2 cups
11. Grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tofu Lasagna

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3 . Stage

In a medium bowl combine tofu, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, spaghetti sauce, parsley and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spread a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4 . Stage

Layer lasagna noodles with the sauce mixture, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

5 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
