Ingredients for - Tofu Lasagna

1. Uncooked lasagna noodles - ½ (12 ounce) package
2. Firm tofu, crumbled - 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Eggs - 2
4. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
5. Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
7. Milk - 2 tablespoons
8. Spaghetti sauce - 1 cup
9. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided - 2 cups
11. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tofu Lasagna

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3. Stage

In a medium bowl combine tofu, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, spaghetti sauce, parsley and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spread a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Stage

Layer lasagna noodles with the sauce mixture, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
