9. Water 3 tablespoons
10. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place potatoes and water to cover in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat; lower heat and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
